The Prayers of Love and Faith are a series of Church of England resources for same-sex couples who wish to give thanks for their relationship and seek God's blessing. These prayers are not a marriage service but are intended to be used in private prayer or as part of a regular worship service. They offer a way for couples to express their commitment and love before God, with prayers for guidance, companionship, and God's blessing.

At the last PCC meeting on July 15th, 2025, this proposal was adopted:
" Same-sex couples already in civil partnerships or civil marriages, or who have sealed a covenanted friendship, can now be offered Prayers of Love and Faith in the Church of England following the guidance commended by the Bishops of the Church of England in December 2023. This step has already been taken by many churches and cathedrals. If adopted, these prayers will be offered within regular services of public worship for same-sex couples who love one another and who wish to give thanks for and mark that love in faith before God, and who are part of the Church community. Those eligible to ask for these prayers will include our regular congregation members, those living within the Parish and those with a strong pastoral connection to St. Andrew’s Church, Biggleswade. It is not currently possible to hold stand-alone services of blessing, same-sex weddings or civil partnerships".
